Quick note to let those who might be interested know about the upcoming TNG Rope 101 workshop. This workshop is aimed at the 18-35 crowd who are new to rope, looking to learn, or brush up on their basic skills.
Topics covered will include:
rope safety
types of rope
the headspace of rope (why we tie, or like to be tied)
basic ties that can be used for play
creating a rope scene, and working rope into your play
When: March 6, 2010, 3pm - 6pm
Where: RENEGADE - making it super handy to attend BENT that evening!
Cost: $15/person*
How to register: E-mail LilHeather (kinkylilheather@gmail.com) with your legal name and an e-mail address. Payment can be made to Heather in advance, or at the door. Exact address will be e-mailed to those who have registered. Space will be limited, so get in while the getting's good!
About the instructor, Phantom L:
Laura has been playing with rope and tying for approximately 2 years and has taken rope related classes from quite a few different instructors. She has experience in both self bondage and tying others, with a particular interest in tying wearable decorative pieces and creating dynamic rope scenes.
